Who we are?
We are a band of dreamers, who created a phenomenal food spot that has become an integral part of food industry in UAE. With an yearly turnover of 10M AED our customer base has been steadily increasing as we've been selling approximately 24,000 teas each day.
Our exclusive product saffron tea has created a huge fan base for our brand and also covers about 90% of our tea orders.
With the acceptance from the great populace of UAE, our company has developed a community consciousness as our feedback walls are filled with messages from our customers telling us that our tea has been a continuous part of their life and has been a partner to their sorrows and happiness.
In short, our presence in any spot is nothing short of creating a hub of business and customer satisfaction.
Our Story
The Tea Park group was established with the goal of bringing the true scent and unparalleled flavor of authentic tea to the masses. By offering a diverse selection of teas, as well as hot and savory rolls and snacks, we aim to share our cultural heritage through our unique outlets. Additionally, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality food at affordable prices, while ensuring the best possible service experience.
The Beginning
Tea Park, the first outlet was opened in Muweilah, Sharjah. This was the starting point of our brand and the beginning of our journey to serve the best tea and other nourishments to our beloved customers with a budgeted price and wide range of menus.
2017
Second Outlet
Tea Drop was opened in Umm Ramool. This outlet was started with more varieties of tea along with a wide range of Indian, Chinese and Arabic cuisines. This expansion was a result of the positive feedback and experience we gained from our first outlet.
2019
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Tea Spot was opened at Central Mall, Bur Dubai and Tea Park at Ras Al Khor. To get the job done, we are committed to working on the journey and serving our customers adding more smiles in our journey.
2020
Tea Park was opened at Jabel Ali Industrial Area. This was another expansion of our brand, showing the growth and success we have achieved in the past years.
2021
Tea Spot opened in Sharjah industrial area, it was a perfect addition to our expansion plans. A new menu has been added to the Cafteria, and its mission to bring the finest tea and food to a broader audience has been accomplished once again
2022
New outlets are planned to open in Al Qouz mall & Jumeirah village circle (JVC). We are looking forward to expanding further and to attracting more customers with our unique concept of blending the real taste and aroma of tea for food lovers.
